Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-02
This policy explains pricing, billing, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for purchases made on aisync.click (Canada).
1) Prices, taxes, and what’s included
- Currency: Prices are shown in CAD unless stated otherwise at checkout or on an invoice.
- Taxes: Applicable GST/HST/PST/QST may be added based on your location and the nature of the product/service.
- Included: Only items explicitly listed on the checkout page, order confirmation, or statement of work (SOW) are included.
- Excluded: Third-party fees (e.g., platform subscriptions, payment processor fees, domain/hosting fees, or any exam/certification fees) are not included unless explicitly stated.
2) Subscriptions, recurring billing, and trials (if offered)
- Auto-renewal: If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically at the stated interval (e.g., monthly/annual) until you cancel.
- Free/discounted trials: If a trial is offered, its length and price after the trial are shown at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged when the trial ends.
- Cancellation timing: Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law. We don’t typically provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law or stated in writing.
3) How to cancel
You can cancel by:
- Using your account settings (if available), or
- Emailing [email protected] with your name, the email used at checkout, and the order/subscription details.
Cancellations are effective once confirmed by us or reflected in your account.
4) Refunds
- Digital products / delivered services: Once access is granted or work is delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable unless we made a material error, the product is defective as delivered, or a refund is required by applicable law.
- Services in progress: For project work governed by an SOW, refunds (if any) follow the SOW terms. Work completed and non-cancellable third-party costs are not refundable.
- Processing time: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take longer to post it.
- Statutory rights: This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
5) Rescheduling, late cancellations, and no-shows (consultations/workshops)
- Rescheduling: Request at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to reschedule at no charge (subject to availability).
- Late cancellation: Requests made within 24 hours of the start time may be charged in full or treated as used.
- No-show: If you do not attend or cannot be reached within 10 minutes of the start time, the session may be forfeited and non-refundable.
6) Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate and resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may delay resolution and may result in suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed. We may provide relevant order and delivery records to the payment processor.
