Terms of Service

Effective date: June 2, 2026. These Terms govern use of aisync.click (the “Site”) and services offered by QualiGrow Studio Inc. (“we”, “us”).

1) Eligibility & account security

You must be able to form a binding contract under Canadian law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities under your account.

2) Offerings, delivery, prerequisites, access

  • Offerings: online courses, coaching, and workshops related to AI and workflow automation.
  • Delivery: content may be provided via the Site, email, recorded lessons, downloads, live video sessions, or other online tools we designate.
  • Prerequisites: unless stated on the applicable checkout/description, you are responsible for having suitable devices, internet access, and basic software literacy.
  • Access periods: access length (including any replays/recordings) is described at purchase or enrollment; if not specified, access is provided for a reasonable period and may end if the offering is discontinued.
  • Certificates: any certificate we issue represents completion/participation only. It is not a government license and not a third-party professional certification unless explicitly stated.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or services, including by:

  • violating applicable laws or infringing others’ rights;
  • attempting to access non-public areas, scrape, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Site;
  • uploading malware or engaging in spam or harassment.

4) No cheating or credential fraud

  • No impersonation, falsifying identity, or misrepresenting completion.
  • No sharing, selling, or purchasing logins, exam answers, completion proofs, or certificates.
  • We may withhold, revoke, or invalidate access or certificates for suspected fraud.

5) Intellectual property

The Site and all course/coaching/workshop materials (including videos, text, templates, and branding) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access materials for your personal/internal business use as permitted by the offering; you may not copy, resell, or publicly distribute them without written permission.

6) Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee results, earnings, or that content will be error-free or uninterrupted. Information provided is general education and not legal, financial, or professional advice. Your statutory rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws are not excluded.

7) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the applicable service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where law does not allow such limitation.

8) Changes & termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site with a new effective date. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security reasons, or discontinuation of the Site/services, subject to applicable law.

9) Governing law & venue (Canada)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
